World Stroke Academy | 31 Mar 2025

Palliative care is often overlooked in stroke management, despite its importance in addressing the complex needs of patients and caregivers. This webinar will explore how healthcare professionals can integrate palliative care into stroke treatment, covering symptom management strategies, the needs of families and caregivers, and approaches to improving access to palliative care, particularly in low-resource settings. This webinar is organized in collaboration with the Worldwide Hospice Palliative Care Alliance (WHPCA).

This global webinar, organized by the World Stroke Academy, highlighted the importance of palliative care within stroke management.
