WHO Country Presence Portal

We are pleased to inform you that the WHO Country Presence Portal is officially LIVE!

The Portal is a comprehensive “one-stop shop” that provides information about WHO’s work at country level.

What’s in the Portal? 

The Portal contains information about WHO’s work in 152 countries, territories, and areas where WHO has physical presence, including:

1.                   Who we are at country level, such as our governance and structure, country office information and contact details;

2.                   What we do in countries to implement the GPW 13 strategic priorities, through detailed profile reports, country cooperation strategies and country support plans;

3.                   How we work at country-level, including our leadership, human resource capacity and financial resources; and

4.                   With whom we work outside of WHO, such as MOH, WHO CC, UN and other partners.

Why the Portal is useful for you 

In the Portal, you will find:

• Up-to-date information from multiple data sources across three levels of the Organization;
• Individual country presence reports produced that can be useful for facilitating your work in countries;
• A user-friendly platform that can be accessed whenever, wherever — all you need is your WIMS account login; and
