Introduction and scale up of self-care interventions for SRHR: Lessons from the Eastern Mediterranean Region

In April 2021, WHO published a special supplement in the journal of Health Research Policy and Systems entitled, Catalysing policy change to introduce and scale up self-care interventions for SRHR: Lessons from the Eastern Mediterranean Region. There are seven publications included in the supplement which highligh examples of effevtive tools and partnerships which can be a game-changer for accelerating positive, sustainable health impact at the national and local level, driven by the health needs of people. The special supplement will be of interest to researchers, health workers, parliamentarians, donors, policy makers, and community advocates working towards sexual and reproductive health and rights for all, as an essential component of universal health coverage.
