The Ghana NCD Alliance was launched in 2017 as part of the NCD Alliance Seed Programme and participated in NCDA's Accelerator Programme 2020-2023. The alliance received an award from the UN Interagency Task Force for NCDs in 2020 for its contributions towards the NCD-related Sustainable Development Goals and for multisectoral action on NCDs.
