Development Planning and Tobacco Control: Integrating the WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control into UN and National Development Planning Instruments

In response to the high-level political calls to action and decisions taken by ECOSOC and the COP, UNDP and the Convention Secretariat have jointly produced this report to capture emerging lessons learned from practical experience and to provide recommendations for further action to facilitate integrating the WHO FCTC into national development plans (NDPs) and the UNDAFs that support them.
