World Kidney Day 2025: 'Are Your Kidneys OK?' A Global Call for Early Detection and Kidney Health Awareness

The 2025 theme, "Are Your Kidneys OK? Detect Early, Protect Kidney Health,” highlights the importance of recognizing kidney disease risk factors and accessing timely testing to improve early detection, intervention, and outcomes. 

Here are some ways to support the World Kidney Day (WKD) campaign: 

• Organize or take part in a WKD activity to mark the day and pin it to the WKD interactive map  
• Share key messages, patient stories, and advocacy efforts on social media using #WorldKidneyDay and #KidneyHealthMatters, and join the 2025 #AreYourKidneysOK hashtag challenge using our themed props!
