Drawing on experience from HelpAge International’s collaboration with local health and academic partners, it outlines how village-based groups engage people aged 40+, conduct screenings for conditions like hypertension and diabetes, promote healthy behaviours, and facilitate referrals using digital tools for real-time data collection.
