Type 1 diabetes – Advancing a global road map for improved and integrated care in low-resource settings

On 4-6 February 2025 more than 100 health system leaders, experts, advocates and early-career researchers from around the world will meet in Copenhagen Denmark to discuss type 1 diabetes under the headline: ‘Type 1 diabetes – Advancing a global road map for improved and integrated care in low-resource settings’.
The international meeting will be held within the framework of the Global Diabetes Compact and the new Lancet Diabetes & Endocrinology Commission on type 1 diabetes.
The meeting is co-organised by World Diabetes Foundation, the East African Diabetes Study Group, the University of Geneva Faculty of Medicine, and the Danish Diabetes and Endocrine Academy.
