Mira Active System Initiative. Vision habits and sunlight to advance in the 24-hour movement for people with NCDs, mental health, and obesity.

Guidelines and science to improve management of vision efforts and time to balance Autonomic Nervous System to reduce sedentary habits, improve physical activity and allow quality of sleep.

Balance ANS active system 'AS' and passive system 'PS' for a perfect functioning of the body. Allowing internal organs’ performance.

Changing: Sedentary habits, indoors, and near vision activities, especially screen time, vision interfering with ANS being in ‘PS’, no access ‘AS’, accumulating body stress.

To: Physical activity, outdoors, enjoying far vision, through vision access ‘AS’, balancing body systems and releasing accumulated body stress. For people less active, a light physical activity like walking outdoors enjoying their far vision allows them to start achieving the health benefits.

Allowing: Quality of sleep, access ‘AS’ through vision allows transition to ‘PS’, allowing quality of rest and sleep improving night recovery of mind and body.

Avoiding: Direct sunlight in retina, a cap works fine, even cloudy days (not aware of sun), high production of neurotransmitters, when release, high cerebral activity, vivid dreams, and possible ANS malfunctioning.

Added benefits of access ‘AS’ through vision; mental health, stopping recurrent thoughts that are reinforcing ‘PS’, boosting mind, cerebral processes, and memory, and weight health, burning energy and stop sensation of energy depleted.

Conclusion: Advancing 24-hour movement for people less active, with chronic conditions, mental health, and obesity balancing activities and environments to balance ANS and achieve all health benefits.
