There exists a critical gaps in healthcare for people living with NCDs and Tuberculosis (PLWNCD&TB) in Dhaka, Bangladesh, including poor integration of NCD care in TB centers, inadequate provider training on NCD counseling, and the lack of referral pathways to specialized care. These issues lead to fragmented services and suboptimal health outcomes.

Our innovation integrates NCD counseling into TB centers, enhances provider capacity for dual disease management, and establishes seamless referral pathways. This approach ensures timely access to specialized NCD care, optimizes healthcare delivery, and strengthens the system's response to TB and NCD challenges in resource-limited settings.
