GACD mid-year workshop - Theories, models, and frameworks for implementation science

Delve into a practical toolkit of implementation science theories, models, and frameworks by joining us for a live, online workshop on Wednesday 12 June 2024.

To accommodate different time zones, there will be two sittings: Sitting A at 07:00 – 08:45 UTC and Sitting B at 17:00 – 19:45 UTC.

Through thought-provoking presentations, engaging case studies, and interactive discussions, you will gain knowledge and confidence in using implementation science theories, models, and frameworks to address real-world NCD programme challenges.

This workshop is ideal for implementation researchers, public health professionals, clinicians, programme developers and evaluators, and anyone seeking to bridge the gap between theory and practice in NCD prevention and management. Illustrative examples and case studies will focus on NCD programmes, particularly those in low- or middle-income countries and/or from underserved communities in high-income countries.
