World CML Day: A Story of Hope and Advocacy 


Despite years of progress, much still needs to be done on access to treatment for Chronic Myeloid Leukaemia (CML) in the Philippines.


Rod, a dedicated patient advocate, shares his inspiring journey. Nearly 20 years ago, his son was diagnosed with CML at just 9  years old. From that moment, Rod embarked on a mission to understand CML and improve access to treatment for others.


But there's hope! The recent licence agreement between Novartis and MPP promises greater availability of nilotinib, an important treatment for CML patients in the Philippines.
