The innovation: What is unique or original about your project's approach to the issue?

Los factores de Riesgo Bio PsicoSocial fuertemente ligados a Comportamientos individuales y circunstancias sociales (Dentro del modelo de los Determinantes Sociales de Salud). En este sentido, el principal objetivo del programa es prevenir las ENTs antes de que ocurran; para ello, se trata de influir en las normas de grupo y de generar en los niños y niñas la capacidad de comportarse saludablemente y de manera constructiva, asumir la responsabilidad en la toma de conciencia de su autocuidado y apoyar a los compañeros y compañeras más vulnerables. Además de prevenir, avanzar en su tratamiento cuando se produce. Mediante una plataforma digital + App para interactuar con los alumnos

The Plan: How is/will the project (be) carried out?

1.- PREVENCION: Concientizar. Sensibilizar. Monitorear. 2.- INTERVENCION: El programa cuenta con acciones específicas para los casos en los que ya se está produciendo. Están dirigidas tanto al alumno como a los padres y se elige también a un pequeño grupo del entorno de estos (Docentes y amigos) con el objetivo de que apoyen el plan. 3.- SUPERVISION: El programa cuenta con herramientas online (open source) que evalúan la situación inicial y hace un seguimiento constante de los cambios que se van produciendo. (Diversas fuentes de datos que se convierten en información relevante).

The impact: What have been positive results and benefits from the project so far?

En primer lugar resulta importante mencionar el interes de las comunidades educativas donde avanzamos con pruebas piloto. Además, sus efectos positivos se han extendido a una mayor motivación y mejores resultados académicos.
