The European Lung Foundation (ELF) has released a new video featuring the voices of people living with chronic respiratory diseases (CRDs), including asthma and COPD, from around the world. Through their personal stories, patients describe how CRDs affect daily life, the barriers they face in accessing care, and what is needed to improve lung health.

Produced for the UN General Assembly 2025 side event “Lung health matters – accelerating progress towards UN NCD targets”, the video highlights the human impact of CRDs and supports global advocacy for stronger prevention, diagnosis, treatment and policy action.
