HRIDAY

HRIDAY is a Delhi-based civil society organisation (CSO) and is engaged in multi-disciplinary research, multi-stakeholder capacity building and campaigns for the prevention and control of NCDs. HRIDAY is the Secretariat of the Healthy India Alliance (HIA)/India NCD Alliance, a coalition of health and non–health CSOs working on prevention and control of NCDs. Our organisation focuses primarily upon addressing NCDs from a health and development perspective, particularly in the context of Goal 3.4 under the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). HRIDAY works closely with Government of India and WHO India and has led multiple efforts to garner attention towards meaningful involvement of people with lived experiences for strengthening the NCD prevention and control agenda. HRIDAY is committed to sustaining this momentum and leveraging insights from lived experience champions to inform NCD research, programmes, and policies.
