This guide focuses on self-care and healthy lifestyle choices to support us to achieve healthy ageing. This includes our participation in holding our government accountable for its commitments and to be engaged in decision making about health and care services in our community and beyond.
This guide is for everyone interested in achieving healthy ageing. We hope it will be useful for people living in many different contexts. It does not contain everything you might want to know, and some topics may not be relevant to your situation.
The self-care manual can be used in conjunction with the CHV training manual, the CHV manual flags opportunities to link to the self-care manual, but in addition topics are aligned throughout.
Note: guide is 112 pages long and can be edited for relevance in particular contexts
