Ghana National Council of Private Schools
GNACOPS plays a big role in advocating for and promoting the interests of private schools in Ghana. It collaborates with government agencies, including the Ministry of Education (MoE), the National Teaching Council (NTC), and the National Schools Inspectorate Authority (NaSIA), to ensure that private schools are recognized and supported. Since its inception almost a decade ago, GNACOPS has represented over 30,000 private schools and 3 million students across Ghana. GNACOPS has made significant strides in advocating for the private education sector and supporting the growth and development of youth enrolled in private schools. Our organization has facilitated collaboration among stakeholders, and government agencies, including the Ministry of Education (MoE), the National Teaching Council (NTC), and the National Schools Inspectorate Authority (NaSIA), to ensure that private schools are recognized and supported. Our commitment to excellence and continuous improvement ensures that we not only meet current educational needs but also anticipate and address future challenges, making a lasting impact on the lives of young Ghanaians.
