The Demographic Change and Healthy Ageing Unit at WHO is organizing a Premiere Screening of three videos made by older people in Canada (Manitoulin Island, Ontario), Jordan (Amman) and Togo (Kpalimé).
The screening was held on Tuesday 29 March 2022 from 14:00-16:00pm CET, as an open public event requiring pre-registration.
Presenting the films from WHO’s Participatory Video (PV) VOICE pilot project, the screening will demonstrate how PV can amplify diverse voices and strengthen the meaningful engagement of older people. The event also aims to encourage and inspire global stakeholders to consider resourcing and implementing PV and other participatory tools and approaches across all four Decade action areas.
